Your order will be shipped directly from our European partners’ warehouses via premium carriers

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Canada & USA: 5-9 business days

Europe: 3-6 business days

Rest of the world: 7-12 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking details.

5. Customs & Duties

Canada: Orders are shipped from our European partners.

Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/QST) are calculated at checkout.

Please note that orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees upon delivery, depending on the courier and your province’s regulations.

United States: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and taxes are included in your order price.

You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

Rest of the world: Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You may be responsible for duties and import taxes applied by your country’s customs authorities.
