Easy Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
1. Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- For hydiene reasons, certain categories such as jewelry and underwear cannot be returned.
2. Return Method:
- Returns must be shipped via premium couriers surch as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
- Returns sent through standard postal services will not be accepted.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
3. How to request a Return
- Sublit a return request through our Returns Portal.
- Indicate the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
- Once approved, you will receive the return instructions, including the shipping address.
4. Refunds:
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the return shipping may be covered by us.
